Shipping cost vary due to the following: location and distance of shipment, weight, class of materials, insurance , federal fuel surcharges , tolls, tariffs, duties and conditions of the delivery environment. Because there are so many variables involved in estimating a proper freight rate, it is best to contact us and allow our specialists to negotiate the rates for you. We have the experience of shipping literally thousands of square feet in materials every day over the last 7 years… WE HAVE BOTH THE RELATIONSHIPS AND INFLUENCE TO FIND THE BEST RATE AND VALUE FOR YOUR DOLLAR.
Please be aware that any quoted ship rate given to you may change w/o notice to us due to the above mentioned factors. Typically freight rates are stable but may change from as little as 24 hours to 30 days and although we do make regular inquiries about any rate quotes given to our customers to verify the status quo, it is always best to contact your rep and confirm your ship rate before you make the final transaction or purchase. Travertine Locator has one of the best damage return policies in the business.
Once your material arrives at your home or job site. We recommend that you make (at least) a cursory inspection of the tile before you accept the delivery. If this is not possible please try to inspect it within 48 hours and prior to installation. In addition to the insurance guaranteed by the shipping company Travertine Locator adds an incomparable DAMAGE RETURN POLICY of our own, which is STATED IN YOUR PURCHASING AGREEMENT FOR YOUR PROTECTION by which we agree to replace any /all damaged tile /paver that is deemed unusable from 10% or more of the total square footage ordered and shipped.
If you do receive obvious damage to the tile in the crate, please do not remove the tile from the crate. If you have the ability to take a digital photo please do so. then contact your Stonemart specialist immediately. We will begin to process your claim immediately and have your tile replaced as quickly as possible

Our samples are FREE!!!
Many of our customers request samples, and while the samples are free, we do ask the customer to pay a nominal shipping and handling fee. We use UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. The UPS fee is usually no more then $15.00 per sample pack.
The sample pack can include up to 6 pieces of 4×8 or 6×6 cuttings ( example: 2 pcs of 3 color or 1 pcs of 6 colors) Just call your Travertine Locator rep today to place your order for FREE samples. They will take your name, address and payment information. We accept; Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You should receive your samples within 3- 4 business days, from the date of shipment.
Additional samples, full pieces or over-night deliveries are available upon request. Appropriate shipping fees will apply, call your Travertine Locator rep to get an accurate shipping quote.
